The Role

  1. Promote products or services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing revenue.
  2. Increase sales opportunities, improve market position, and maximize organization growth.
  3. Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects' positions in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  4. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  5. Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way.
  6. Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.
  7. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
  8. Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists.
  9. Maintain reports by collecting and updating data in line with organization standards.
  10. Maintain and improve professional selling skills and technical knowledge through the organization development roadmap.
  11. Review performance and aim at exceeding set targets.
  12. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ideal Profile

  1. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any subject. Minimum SPM.
  2. Minimum One (1) year of sales experience.
  3. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant sales role.
  4. Thorough understanding of sales planning and negotiating techniques.
  5. A confident and determined approach.
  6. Self-motivation, result-oriented, and drive.
  7. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  8. Excellent communication, proficiency in written and spoken English/Bahasa Melayu.
