Overview

The BDO role offers an exciting opportunity to promote CTOS's proprietary risk management solutions amongst business users. The role focuses on customer acquisition and exposes you to business owners and entrepreneurs across a wide range of industry sectors. Ample training and guidance will be provided to hone client engagement and selling skills.

Responsibilities
  • Promote CTOS's proprietary risk management solutions to business users.
  • Drive customer acquisition and build relationships with business owners and entrepreneurs across various industry sectors.
  • Engage with clients to understand needs and deliver effective solutions; participate in ongoing training to improve client engagement and selling skills.
  • Travel and perform outdoor sales as required.
Qualifications
  • Malaysians or individuals with relevant residence status.
  • Candidates with 1 year of sales experience preferred; SME sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with diploma/degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin fluency is preferred for interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Possess own transport.
Remuneration
  • Highly attractive sales incentive and commissions (up to RM10,000 per month possible).
  • Refer to sales scheme for incentive of RM1,000.
