Business Development & Marketing Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead and drive the company’s business expansion and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong, strategic leader with a proven track record in sales team management, market development, and corporate relationship building. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, optimizing sales performance, and strengthening brand presence across multiple platforms, including e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership & Business Development
    • Lead, mentor, and oversee the sales team, ensuring optimal performance and target achievement.
    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in both B2B and B2C segments.
    • Identify and establish new business opportunities, including partnerships with multinational corporations (MNCs) and key industry stakeholders.
    • Monitor and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Utilize CRM systems and data analytics to track customer behavior, sales trends, and business performance.
    • Develop comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute branding initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee the growth and optimization of e-commerce platforms, ensuring a strong digital presence and customer engagement.
    • Drive brand awareness and market penetration by leveraging both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  2. Strategic Partnerships & International Expansion
    • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key corporate clients and industry partners.
    • Leverage foreign market connections to explore international business expansion opportunities.
    • Negotiate and secure high-value business deals, ensuring long-term profitability and market share growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of managerial experience, with a minimum of 10 years in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, market expansion, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Food Supplements, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Multilingual proficiency (Mandarin, English, and Bahasa) is an advantage.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to develop and implement high-impact business strategies.
  • Managerial & Leadership Acumen: Skilled in leading teams and aligning them with corporate goals.
