Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnership or joint ventures.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs via SWOT analysis or any analytical tools.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to attract potential clients, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to drive admissions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with business partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Operational & Financial Performance
- Work closely with the management team to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, set revenue targets, and develop cost-effective solutions to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop brand awareness and promote our services through digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Organize community outreach programs, health talks, and events to educate the public about our services.
- Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare / wellness / nursing home / family care centre or any related industry.
- Someone from services related industry and show interest in healthcare/wellness centre can be considered.
- Strong understanding of the nursing home, senior care and wellness centre industry in Malaysia, including regulations, market trends, and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Willing to travel and work in Ulu Tiram, Johor
