Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnership or joint ventures.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs via SWOT analysis or any analytical tools.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to attract potential clients, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to drive admissions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with business partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Operational & Financial Performance

  • Work closely with the management team to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, set revenue targets, and develop cost-effective solutions to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Develop brand awareness and promote our services through digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Organize community outreach programs, health talks, and events to educate the public about our services.
  • Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare / wellness / nursing home / family care centre or any related industry.
  • Someone from services related industry and show interest in healthcare/wellness centre can be considered.
  • Strong understanding of the nursing home, senior care and wellness centre industry in Malaysia, including regulations, market trends, and customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Willing to travel and work in Ulu Tiram, Johor
