A leading electronics manufacturer in Johor, Malaysia seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the semiconductor and medical devices sectors. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, lead product introduction projects, and achieve sales targets. Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience in business development within manufacturing, strong communication skills, and a relevant degree.

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager, SEA Region to lead growth in the manufacturing sector - semiconductor OR medical devices manufacturers (Not Healthcare Services). If you’re passionate about building client relationships, managing projects, and achieving sales targets, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive sales growth and expand our medical industry portfolio
  • Lead new product introduction (NPI) projects to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage key customer accounts and build strong partnerships
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, costing, and engineering changes
  • Represent us at trade shows and industry events
What We’re Looking For
  • Min. 3 years’ business development, sales or program management experience (manufcaturing - semiconductor OR medical devices manufacturers preferred)
  • Proven track record in account management & sales growth focusing in manufacturers
  • Strong network or connection in the manufacturers
  • Strong technical understanding of product drawings & costing
