Primary Objectives:
- Handle business development and marketing to grow the market share of PLM segment.
- Responsible for building business relationship & loans growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio.
- Manage / monitor accounts until disbursement; thereafter handover the file management to Portfolio Manager at CBBC.
- Grow SME portfolio and asset through Program Lending.
- Cross selling of the Bank and Group products and services.
- Grow SME deposits.
- Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
- Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
- Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in credit with exposure to credit risk management and commercial / corporate including credit processing, evaluation and appraisal.
- Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills.
- Degree / Professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.
- Able to work in a high pressure environment as well as in a team.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen.
