A leading software solutions provider in Kuching is seeking a Business Development professional to identify and engage prospective clients, manage sales cycles, and promote STAAH solutions. This remote role requires at least three years of direct sales experience, preferably in SaaS within the hospitality sector. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Malay are essential. Candidates should be self-motivated and willing to travel for client interactions.

About you:
As a Business Development person with STAAH, a member of the Access Group, you will identify prospective customers using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, Travel publications, groups, associations etc). Performing high-level analysis of the prospect's current technology environment you'll identify opportunities where STAAH can create value.
You will engage the prospects by phone, email, online chat and conference events to promote and sell STAAH solutions. During the engagement cycle, you will maintain close interaction with the prospect to ensure that they have a great experience and ultimately convert to a paying customer. If you know how to work hard, work smart and are motivated to succeed in a dynamic fast paced sales environment we can teach the skills to succeed.
This is an exciting remote based opportunity which will involve growing markets in Malaysia.
