We are seeking an exceptional individual capable of the following:

The Challenges

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, competitor strategies, and target clients.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company's goals, focusing on increasing market share and exploring untapped market segments.
  • Analyze project feasibility, including cost analysis and risk assessment, to propose potential business ventures.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the property development and project management sectors.
  • Identify client needs and provide solutions leveraging the company's expertise in project management consulting and property development.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify and pursue new projects through networking, attending industry events, and collaborating with other teams to assess project viability.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, bids, and contracts that align with company capabilities and client requirements. Develop presentations and proposals that highlight the company's unique value proposition, service offerings, and project success stories.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with contractors, architects, financial institutions, and other industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand visibility and influence within the market.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by identifying and securing profitable projects in project management and property development. Track and report sales metrics, project pipelines, and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Work closely with project management and development teams to align business development goals with operational capabilities.
  • Provide insights to internal teams regarding client feedback, project requirements, and emerging trends to support continuous improvement.

What It Takes

  • 8-10 years of experience.
