Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.
Market all type of loans focusing on SME - Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).
Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.
Conduct all mandatory checks.
Refer all non-PLM middle market cases to Commercial Banking Centre.
Prepare, vet & sign Letter of Offer.
Deliver of Offer and upon acceptance to send instruction to Credit Operation Department for documentation.
Follow up documentation & disbursement of loan (conventional & Islamic) & ABF.
Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
Service all existing customers parked at the branch.
Cross sell all Bank/Group products & services.
Newly Non Performing Loan ("NPL") within approved budget.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in SME/ Commercial/ Business Banking sales.
Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills.
Target oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment as well as in a team.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
