A leading company in piping solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities and maintain strong relationships. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong network in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals and achieving sales targets, while working closely with engineering teams. Identify and develop new business opportunities in piping solutions across industries such as oil & gas, water treatment, construction, industrial plants, or infrastructure.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
Work closely with engineering and operations teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Participate in tendering processes, bids, and contract negotiations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company’s piping products and services.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
To be able to use basic Microsoft Words, Power Point, and Excel. Having knowledge in latest AI tools and software is a major key advantage
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in piping systems, valves, fittings, or industrial equipment.
Strong network and proven track record in the piping, M&E, or infrastructure industry.
Solid technical knowledge of piping materials (HDPE, uPVC, steel, etc.) and their applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
Willing to travel as required.
