At KOLs.Asia, a Media Sales Manager is responsible for expanding our client base through influencer marketing solutions. You'll drive lead generation, build relationships with agency networks, and translate client needs into tailored influencer campaigns.
What is a Media Sales Manager?
A Media Sales Manager at KOLs.Asia is a media sales professional who comes from a media owner background, not an agency. This role is for someone who has sold media solutions to agencies—someone who understands how to build and maintain strong relationships within agency networks and drive revenue through strategic influencer marketing offerings.
This person is passionate about the influencer marketing landscape and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They proactively generate leads, attend industry events, and engage agencies with customized influencer marketing proposals that align with their clients’ campaign objectives.

Additionally, candidates should also be a great communicator and storyteller to be able to articulate compelling narratives to potential clients and share their know-how with colleagues.Team players who are able to contribute to a group yet also be able to independently manage their own time and priorities will be preferable.
Candidates who display an undeniable desire to grow with a willingness to hustle, have the agility to pivot and adapt to ad hoc situations, and understand that every challenge is an opportunity to learn will be prioritized.
Interested candidates are required to have a minimum of 3 years client-facing experience, developing digital/social strategies and campaigns in advertising, media, social or digital agencies.
