Business Development Manager (Logistic Industry)
Duties:
- Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics deliveries and warehouse services sector, targeting both new and existing clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs in the warehouse and logistics services market.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and qualify prospects to expand the customer base.
- Proposals and Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the company’s logistics delivery and warehouse fulfillment services.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals, driving revenue growth in both logistics delivery and warehouse services.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to develop customized solutions and optimize operational efficiency to meet client demands.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior business development role within logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment services.
- Language: Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of logistics, warehouse services, and fulfillment operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all organizational levels.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented approach.
- Relationship Building: Proven experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and partnerships.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
