Job description

Cultivate Safety Culture

  1. Safety Leadership: Empower/support the champion’s network and safety call.
  2. Achieve 100% compliance in leading indicators.
  3. Goal Zero: Zero preventable accidents, Zero TRI, Zero SVA.
  4. Target a 10% reduction in TVA.
  5. Conduct 4 Safety Observations and 2 Commentary Drives per associate.
  6. Ensure team adherence to Ecolab Safety Driver Policy and VRM.
  7. Conduct Safety Moments in all meetings.

Team and People Development

  1. Achieve 100% key position retention and develop succession plans for HiPO.
  2. Organize quarterly area meetings and monthly 1-on-1 meetings with the talent bench.
  3. Appoint primary trainers for onboarding new hires.
  4. Train Technical, CSP, and VSP teams during field trips and district meetings.

Accelerate Growth

  1. Achieve 15% sales growth using ERA dashboard.
  2. Attain 20% GTW WON growth in CRM.
  3. Maintain existing customer retention at over 95% on repeat business (using RGG Retain).
  4. Ensure 100% TVD participation in Relevant Customer Population (RCP), with pipeline growth of 20% and 10% implementation.
  5. Maintain a 3x opportunity in CRM Pipeline for 30/60/90 days.
  6. Implement innovations such as AIO, Liquid Cooling, and PACM.

Pricing, Margin Improvement, and DSO

  1. Complete 100% of the Operation Plan Playbook for Pricing by end of January.
  2. Meet the DSO target.
  3. Deliver innovation and digital solutions.
  4. Drive digital revenue (service intelligence and water quality packages) to $10k per representative.
  5. Achieve 80% E3D onboarding.
  6. Grow MicroE PAC M business by 10%.

Drive Innovation & Differentiating Program

  1. Achieve 15% growth in Non-P programs.
  2. Deploy 10 units of Small Cooling / AIO controllers.
  3. Secure 2 customers for Liquid Cooling.
