Job description

We are looking for a candidate from the corporate business field because Emerhub specializes in providing market entry and business expansion services to companies looking to establish and grow their presence in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of incorporation, regulatory requirements, and business development strategies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, ensuring the successful sale of Emerhub's products and services. Actively seek and capitalize on business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Inquiry Management: Adhere to Emerhub's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while promptly addressing inquiries related to doing business in Malaysia via various communication channels.
  3. Presentation and Solution Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on Emerhub's services to potential clients. Analyze client inquiries, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  4. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify market trends, client needs, and opportunities for business growth. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
  5. Client Account Management: Effectively manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their challenges and propose optimal solutions.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Work closely with other departments to address client requirements and achieve outstanding project results.
  7. Key Account Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by providing continuous support, information, and guidance. Strive to maximize the revenue generated from each client relationship.
  8. Product Line Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute insights for developing and enhancing Emerhub's product line. Assist in aligning sales strategies with the evolving product offerings.
  9. Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Emerhub at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Uphold and enhance Emerhub's reputation by embodying its values and vision.
