Job description

We’re expanding and are actively looking for an experienced and highly motivated talent to join our Revenue team. You’ll be working alongside Partnership, Marketing and Customer Success team to generate sales leads in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Build business development pipeline by proactively identifying opportunities and engaging with key prospects
  2. Plan and execute a territory plan with clear account prioritisation
  3. Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencers across the customers’ organisations
  4. Uncover customers’ pressures, challenges and priorities to effectively position our offering to meet their business objectives
  5. Participate in pricing and tender/proposal reviews with senior management to ensure alignment to the customer requirements
  6. Possess a thorough knowledge of the market, and the solutions and services Xtremax provides
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
  2. Impressive track record in B2B or B2G sales, with key established connections in the relevant sector
  3. History of successfully developing and maintaining senior client relationships
  4. Demonstrate good empathy and listening skills
  5. A highly self-motivated and independent initiator with excellent interpersonal skills
  6. A team player who is willing to work for the success of the team and its goals
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  8. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
