Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager, Business Banking to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our Business Instalment Loan and Guarantee Instalment Loan offerings, targeting companies with a minimum of RM3 million in sales turnover. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills and a passion for achieving business objectives

Role Responsibilities :

  • To achieve assigned targets as an Business Development Manager, Business Banking, focus on proactively marketing and originating Business Instalment Loan and Guarantee Instalment Loan products, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Client Acquisition:Identify and engage with new clients to expand the SME business portfolio.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensurestrict adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically targeting SMEs.
  • Knowledge:Good understanding of Business Instalment Loan and Guarantee Instalment Loan products.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proactivity:Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
