Business Development Manager (Broker Partnerships)

Your Responsibilities Include:

  1. Develop and execute an outreach strategy for targeted real estate brokerage firms.
  2. Master Your Homies’s product offerings and value propositions and actively market them to the brokerage community.
  3. Drive top-of-funnel sales opportunities through broker partnerships and accurately track all related activities within our CRM system.
  4. Ensure all potential leads are qualified and handed off to the appropriate Sales Executive.
  5. Organize and conduct regular face-to-face meetings, including educational presentations, broker engagement events, showroom tours, and other initiatives to promote our product offerings and services.
  6. Assist with sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives through the brokerage channel.
  7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed, including insights on market trends and ongoing or future opportunities.
  8. Maintain a high level of broker and partner satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience within the residential real estate industry.
  2. Extensive network within the broker and agency networks.
  3. Proven ability in launching new partnership channels or sales initiatives from scratch.
  4. Natural networker who thrives in building and managing new relationships.
  5. Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and expectations.
  6. Willingness to travel and interface with brokers, broker teams, and the larger brokerage community.
  7. Problem solver who can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
