YOUR NEW COMPANY

This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional Life Insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a hands-on Manager, Partnerships Distribution position to join its dynamic global business.


YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be the key person to plan and develop sales strategies with the bank partner to drive maximum business growth. You are also expected to drive the performance, including arranging sales skills training, sales campaign planning, performance analysis etc.




WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Min 6 years and above of relevant experience within Financial Institution.
  
• Familiarity with Life Bancassurance is a must.
  
• Good communication, speaking in English, Mandarin and BM
