This is a sales role based in Kuala Lumpur and responsible for the growth and support of a dynamic and fast growing, changing business. This role has a key focus on customer planning, support and growth of Quin Global adhesive products for the Malaysia and Asia Region.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute a distribution growth strategy for your region.
- Establish new distribution channels and bring on new distribution partners.
- Develop existing distribution partners businesses and increase Quin Global revenue in line with your KPIs.
- Set and attend quarterly strategy, goals and feedback sessions with your distributors.
- Provide distributors with regular on-going product and sales training formally and informally.
- Provide product expertise and solutions to issues that distributors and clients may encounter with Quin products.
- Work with the marketing department to deliver marketing value to distributors.
- Seek out and develop solutions for high value complex industrial key accounts.
- Represent Quin Global at industry trade shows and events, travelling nationally or internationally as required.
- Travel interstate regularly to visit and support your region.
- Develop your industry knowledge in order to attain and support clients in the following industries: Joinery, Flooring, HVAC, Composites, Transport, Construction, Roofing and Marine.
- Work with management and the R&D department across complex adhesive solutions being the glue between the client and the company.
- Provide market feedback to management and the R&D department.
- Document and maintain client information and interaction details in Netsuite.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with all OHS requirements.
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures.
- Strive to achieve your KPIs.
- Attend staff meetings in Australia or online as requested.
