Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunitiesthroughnetworking, inbound leads, outbound cold calls and emailsto increase client base.
Identify customer needs, wants and problems, and thus provide business matching through our business solutions.
Formulate and execute business strategies and action plansto create potential sales pipelines.
Performs market analysis and report findingsto corroborate with business strategy, proposes business structure, pricing structure and respectively for commercial conditions.
Actively seeking out sales leadsto achieve the monthly sales target.
Lead and provide guidance to team memberswhile regularly monitoring their sales targets and KPI achievements.
Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with clientsto encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
Conduct market researchto understand the market, competitors and provide insights to clients including identify selling possibilities and develop sales and marketing strategy.
Develop company sales prospectin order to continue to develop a solid foundation for long term business sustain ability.
Develop and deliver customized presentations that meet clients' needs in order to achieve sales targets.
Stay up-to-date on competitors’ movement and market conditionsto inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Performs market analysis and report findingsto corroborate with business strategy, proposes business structure, pricing structure and respectively for commercial conditions.
Generate monthly sales reportto the Management, providing updates on sales activities and sales figures.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ E-Commerce/ Mass Communication, or equivalent.
At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in E-Commerce industry will be an added advantage.
Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin clients.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Results oriented, self-driven, persuasive and resourceful.
Strong understanding of market research, sales planning, and pipeline management.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
