Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall management and development of department's operations.
• To develop a systematic approach to lead generation and conversion within the local market.
• To develop presentation materials, delivery of presentations, and creation of client-specific solutions, concept papers, and executive summaries.
• Preparations of proposals and managing bid integrity both technically and commercially in cooperation with design and engineering team.
• Strategic planning and marketing of products and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field of studies.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a sales environment, preferably in the property/construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events domestically.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, proactive, and team management skills.
