2. Job Description

[Responsibility]

1. Acquire Corporate clients, mainly focusing on FMCG, Food and Drink companies, Oral care, Skin care, Eye care, and Senior care products.
2. Sell our marketing and advertisement solutions.
3. Acquire Asia Pacific regional Corporate clients, mainly focusing on FMCG, Food and Drink companies, Oral care, Skin care, Eye care, Senior care products, and Insurance.
4. Acquire new healthcare channel customers (Hospital, Clinic, Nursing home, and Pharmacy).
5. Support CEO / President's projects.
6. Work at PJ office.
7. Develop and manage a strong sales team.

3. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1. Preferably Abroad Graduates with Degree or Masters Only.
2. Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
3. Min 3 years of Corporate sales experience in Asia.
4. Japanese speaker (Business level).
5. Sales-oriented with a proven sales track record.
6. Digitally savvy; sales/marketing experience in digital media is preferred but not essential.
7. Leadership capabilities, people/team management experience a plus.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Report writing and presentation skills for KPI.
10. Energetic, self-motivated, independent, resourceful, and results-oriented.
11. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
12. Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
13. Possess analytical, time management, and task management skills.
14. Possess own transport, must be willing to travel for company purposes.
15. Well-groomed and good etiquette.
