Job description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, and analyzing potential sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, information, and guidance; proactively recommend new business opportunities and ways to enhance profitability and service delivery.

Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify opportunities for product improvements or new product development.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and market data.

Collaborate closely with the Operations team to address daily sales activities and customer requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. A Degree with an Engineering background is highly advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in MRO and Engineering Services.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

Experience working with government agencies or government-linked companies (GLCs) is a strong advantage.

Positive attitude, dynamic personality, and a strong willingness to learn.

Must be willing to work in Rawang, Malaysia.
