Responsibilities
- Plan & oversee business development efforts in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to on-board properties onto the Company's network.
- Identify and acquire new properties that meet the Company's standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner (partner) willingness etc. and pitch our partnership proposal.
- Negotiate commercial agreement with interested partners.
- Work closely with revenue management team to drive top-line for the partner.
- Collaborate with other teams such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc. to ensure smooth functioning of properties on day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Having at least 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships/acquisitions. Preferably from Startup, Hospitality, Financial services, or Property.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Thrives in a role that requires meeting new people, building and maintaining relationships.
- Able to speak in English, and Chinese is preferred.
Working Arrangement:
- Working Location: Flexible - Need to travel to clients' sites within Penang area for meetings, operation set up, etc.
