Job summary

A leading company in electronics manufacturing is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth strategies and customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience, a degree in Business Administration, and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in business development or marketing in electronics manufacturing.
• Willing to work outstation and travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Create development plan and forecasting sales target and growth projections.
• Contact existing and potential clients and build positive relationships.
• Research, plan and oversee new marketing trends.

Role Description

Responsible for developing growth strategies, building key customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create development plan and forecasting sales target and growth projections
• Contact existing and potential clients and build positive relationship
• Research, Plan and oversee new marketing trend
• Prepare company presentation and arrange customer visit
• Prepare quote and proposal for potential clients
• Attend events such as exhibition and conferences
• Maintain positive relationship with Government Department such as MIDA and Custom

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years in business development or marketing in electronics manufacturing industries
• Computer Skill - Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Good presentation skill
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
