Key Responsibilities:
Drive New Business Growth: Identify, qualify, and develop strategic opportunities within targeted territories and market segments by leveraging market insights, industry trends, and customer needs.
Build a Sustainable Sales Pipeline: Proactively prospect, network, and engage with potential clients to generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with MAG’s growth objectives.
Consultative Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth, solution-focused meetings to understand complex operational and security challenges, and to shape tailored value-driven proposals.
Articulate MAG’s Value Proposition: Communicate clearly and convincingly the advantages of MAG’s integrated, innovative security and SaaS solutions to key decision-makers, emphasizing benefits such as operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and technological edge.
Tailor Proposals & Presentations: Prepare customized, compelling presentations and proposals that resonate with client needs, demonstrating how MAG’s solutions optimize operational workflows.
Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead negotiations with confidence to secure contracts that meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Cultivate Client Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships, ensuring high satisfaction, fostering trust, and identifying opportunities for upselling and account expansion.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client success.
Maintain Accurate Forecasts: Utilize CRM tools diligently to record activity, pipeline status, and forecast projections, supporting strategic planning and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, with demonstrable experience in selling technology solutions within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to sourcing and developing new business.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand/present complex technical solutions simply.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic, resilience, and a passion for achieving goals.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master new products and market dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
