Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and develop IB/affiliate base for the company's financial products, to meet sales targets.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures the company’s strong presence in the APAC region.
• Make calls to new or potential clients to expand the client base and ensure prompt follow-up with clients.
• Perform non-advisory account management tasks such as placing trades, order inquiries, margin calls, and management of market risks.
• Set goals, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Build a motivating and rewarding psychological work environment by providing various forms of rewards and recognition to team members to ensure continuous growth of individuals.
• Organize and attend weekly and monthly sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development/sales positions with FX, CFD, share trading, or other financial products.
• Strong client relationship management experience in financial services companies, banks, or any other relevant industries.
• Self-starter; self-motivated, with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, and leadership attributes.
• Strong interest in finance and trading.
• Fluent in English and a local language speaker.
• Able to communicate in multiple languages will be advantageous.
• Able to travel both domestically and overseas if required.
