Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding restaurants to join our consumer app. Your role will involve building strong relationships with F&B owners, managers, and decision-makers, pitching our platform’s value proposition, and ensuring successful integration.

Responsibilities:
Prospect, pitch, and sign up new restaurant partners to join the app.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with F&B stakeholders.
Highlight the benefits of the platform (increased visibility, customer reach, revenue growth).
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
Provide onboarding support to ensure smooth integration with the app.
Address partner concerns and act as a liaison between restaurants and internal teams.
Market Research & Strategy:
Identify high-potential restaurants and key decision-makers in target markets.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales materials and promotions.
Performance Tracking:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for restaurant sign-ups.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and partnerships in CRM.
Provide regular reports on business development progress.
Skill & Qualifications:
8-10 years in business development, sales, App based platform or partnerships, preferably in F&B
Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, other languages are a plus
Familiarity with the F&B sector, restaurant operations, or food delivery platforms is a plus.
Must possess own transportation and willing to travel locally to meet merchants
Positive, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
