About this Position
- Ensure Distributors Expansion Market – Consumer successfully executes its strategy and achieves its business objectives in both short and long term.
- Provide strategic and tactical direction to Distributors, align resources, and collaborate across Henkel and Distributors to meet financial goals, deliver strong execution, and excellent customer service.
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies to aggressively drive organic growth in the Consumer Landscape.
What you’ll do
- Lead the business for Consumer Growth in Malaysia/Indonesia, including business planning and profitability responsibility.
- Assess market potential, develop plans for market share gain and expansion, and secure sales growth and profit margins.
- Execute strategic plans, adapt marketing content, and monitor customer effectiveness.
- Identify and develop business opportunities to meet profitable mid- and long-term growth plans, including increasing market share, creating new revenue streams, and expanding footprints.
- Drive execution development and joint strategies for Key Accounts and succeed in key market segments in mid and long term.
- Regularly evaluate Distributor performance against objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; adhere to policies; and apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal conduct and business practices.
- Escalate, manage, and report business issues transparently.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in marketing or sales, with a strong financial background in P&L management.
- Strong FMCG background with Key Account Management experience.
- Experience in the beauty/lifestyle/fashion industry is an advantage.
