The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, and enhancing the company's market position.
Job Scope:
Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates (e.g., influencers, marketers) to grow the network.
Campaign Strategy: Develop and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives to boost conversions and sales.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure affiliate activities comply with regulations and company policies; identify and resolve potential risks.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and support teams to align on strategy and resolve affiliate issues.
Training & Support: Provide affiliates with necessary tools, resources, and best practices to improve performance.
Job Requirement:
Experience: 2-3 years in affiliate marketing or business development, Knowledge of financial markets and trading instruments.
Skills: Strong in affiliate management, data analysis, negotiation, digital marketing, and communication.
Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Knowledge: Understanding of the CFD market and compliance with financial regulations.
