Job description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, and enhancing the company's market position.

Job Scope:

  1. Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates (e.g., influencers, marketers) to grow the network.
  2. Campaign Strategy: Develop and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives to boost conversions and sales.
  3. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics.
  4. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure affiliate activities comply with regulations and company policies; identify and resolve potential risks.
  5. Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and support teams to align on strategy and resolve affiliate issues.
  6. Training & Support: Provide affiliates with necessary tools, resources, and best practices to improve performance.

Job Requirement:

  1. Experience: 2-3 years in affiliate marketing or business development, Knowledge of financial markets and trading instruments.
  2. Skills: Strong in affiliate management, data analysis, negotiation, digital marketing, and communication.
  3. Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  4. Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
  5. Knowledge: Understanding of the CFD market and compliance with financial regulations.
  6. Academic: Diploma / Degree holder.
