Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Travel Requirements: Able to travel occasionally to China, Singapore, Indonesia, and other regions

Position Overview
We are seeking an Business Development Manager with international perspective, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will support the Business General Manager in expanding overseas markets, executing partnership mechanisms, and liaising with clients across regions.

As a core member of the business management team, you will be deeply involved in strategic initiatives and partnership expansion across Southeast Asia and China, with a clear growth path and significant development potential.

This role combines strategic execution, communication skills, and cross-cultural collaboration—ideal for someone looking to grow from an "executor" into a "business strategist."

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Business GM in Executing Regional Strategies
• Help develop market expansion and partner acquisition plans, coordinating with regional agents, partners, and internal teams to ensure strategic goals are met.
• Compile key business data and monthly progress reports to support executive decision-making.

Participate in High-Level Business Events & Brand Promotion
• Represent the company at industry forums, roadshows, partner summits, etc.
• Draft speeches, promotional materials, and assist the GM with presentations and corporate communications.

Client Engagement & Cooperation Mechanism Management
• Understand the platform's business partnership framework and assist clients in interpreting collaboration terms under GM guidance.
• Track implementation progress and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to enhance client satisfaction and long-term cooperation.

Market Research & Strategic Insights
• Regularly monitor industry trends in Southeast Asia and China, including competitor and ecosystem developments.
• Deliver structured market briefings to support strategic decision-making.

Cross-Regional Coordination & Translation Support
• Assist with multilingual and multi-time zone communication tasks (e.g., meeting minutes, document translation, emails).
• Maintain a business contact database to boost international collaboration efficiency.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above (any major); marketing, management, communication, or language-related majors preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; background in multinational or internet companies preferred.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
