As we expand our presence in Malaysia, we are looking for passionate and qualified professionals to join our growing team. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager. If you have a solid background in CFD and Forex trading and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, IB (Introducing Broker) networks, PAMM solutions, copy trading platforms, and trader education programs.
  2. Leverage existing experience in the CFD trading space and utilize a strong network of IBs to support business expansion.
  3. Build and maintain strong partnerships with brokers, liquidity providers, and financial institutions.
  4. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs aligned with business growth objectives.
  5. Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and build lasting relationships.
  6. Engage with clients to understand their trading objectives, provide market insights, trade recommendations, and ongoing support.
  7. Assist in onboarding new clients and provide product/trading platform guidance.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate trade execution while maintaining effective risk controls.
  9. Stay up to date with financial markets, trading regulations, and industry trends.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in acquiring and managing IB partnerships.
  • Proven background in fintech sales, particularly in Forex, CFDs, and trading solutions.
  • Strong track record in high-value B2B sales and complex deal negotiations.
  • Ability to lead and scale sales efforts independently.
  • Industry connections within brokerage firms, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks including AML, KYC, and related standards.
  • Based in or willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
