About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive individual to join our team as an Account Development Executive. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales through outbound telemarketing, promoting general insurance products, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales targets and campaign KPIs (calls, quality, operations)
  • Promote general insurance products through outbound calls
  • Engage and follow up with leads using provided data
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Convert leads to customers via structured sales conversations
  • Ensure compliance with industry and company regulations
  • Keep customer records accurate and updated
  • Provide excellent customer service and support after sales

Requirements

  • Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with stakeholders
  • Handling objections and rejection
