Overview

Excel Pipes Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive new business growth for our innovative piping solutions across Malaysia.

What you'll be doing
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and campaigns to generate qualified leads and close deals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and operations teams to support the sales process
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Experience in the Water Industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
