The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by leading our Johor-based Indoor Sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Singapore's fuel sector.
Main Activities:
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and motivate the Indoor Sales team to consistently meet/exceed sales targets
Implement performance tracking systems with clear KPIs and regular reviews
Market Expansion & Business Growth
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate Singapore's last miles fuel distribution market
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across commercial and other industrial segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with oil majors and key accounts
Pipeline Development & Sales Execution
Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand and maintain our customer base
Build and manage a pipeline of target customers using market knowledge, relationships, direct engagement and focused marketing activities
Performance Reporting
Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
Present actionable insights and growth recommendations based on market data
Qualifications
At least 5 years of managerial experience in business or market development
