Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales from new key accounts.
  2. Develop plans to ensure revenue growth in the company's products.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set sales objectives with support from other departments.
  4. Responsible for achieving annual sales and business targets.
  5. Prospect for potential opportunities and ensure follow-up efforts from the team to secure sales.
  6. Present job proposals to key customers and lead commercial negotiations.
  7. Actively participate in the company’s marketing efforts.
  8. Establish and maintain good professional relationships with key accounts and critical personnel at customers to ensure satisfaction and business expansion.
  9. Assist in resolving service issues with customers as appropriate.
  10. Build, develop, and manage the sales team to support sales strategies.
  11. Develop and implement sales policies, practices, and internal procedures to drive service excellence.
  12. Coordinate with relevant departments to meet customer requirements and feedback.
  13. Work continuously with internal stakeholders on new account development and sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills, able to present clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Preference for candidates who can speak Mandarin, as the role involves working closely with Chinese-speaking associates.
  • Work schedule: 5 days a week.
