Job Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales from new key accounts.
- Develop plans to ensure revenue growth in the company's products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set sales objectives with support from other departments.
- Responsible for achieving annual sales and business targets.
- Prospect for potential opportunities and ensure follow-up efforts from the team to secure sales.
- Present job proposals to key customers and lead commercial negotiations.
- Actively participate in the company’s marketing efforts.
- Establish and maintain good professional relationships with key accounts and critical personnel at customers to ensure satisfaction and business expansion.
- Assist in resolving service issues with customers as appropriate.
- Build, develop, and manage the sales team to support sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales policies, practices, and internal procedures to drive service excellence.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to meet customer requirements and feedback.
- Work continuously with internal stakeholders on new account development and sales growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills, able to present clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Preference for candidates who can speak Mandarin, as the role involves working closely with Chinese-speaking associates.
- Work schedule: 5 days a week.
