About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Enerxite Sdn. Bhd. as a Business Development Manager. In this full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's customer base. As a key member of the business development team, you will play a strategic role in achieving the company's ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.

Identify and analyze new market opportunities, including new products, services, or geographies.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Develop and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities.

Lead the development and execution of business plans and proposals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive growth.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Drive revenue growth through the identification and closing of new business opportunities.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Negotiate and close deals with key clients.

Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.

Collaborate with other departments.

Provide guidance and support to sales teams.

Track and analyze key business development metrics.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Monitor industry trends and competitive activity.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.

Proven experience in business development or sales.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Deep understanding of the solar industry and market.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.
