About the role

Infinite Loop Media Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic partnerships to expand our client base.

What you'll be doing

Client Acquisition:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships.

Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Achieved and exceeded sales targets by effectively promoting company services to potential clients.

Motivating and guiding team members to achieve business development goals.

Collaborate with the team to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Expansion:

Developing strategies to expand the business into new markets, including Penang, Ipoh and East Malaysia.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our business network.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in Malaysia.

Provide regular updates and reports to the management on market trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to formulate effective business strategies.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales and minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of local marketing businesses.

Familiarity with the Singapore market is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in spoken and written in English and Chinese.
