Job description

Proactively source for potential new business sites/ location for new outlet development.

Recruiting prospective franchisees based on their financial resources, business experience, and personal characteristics.

Develop business development performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction in alignment with group performance reporting requirements, submit Business Development Performance Reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) on time and accurately.

Be persuasive and have strong business acumen, should be adopt at negotiating sound business deal and demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and problem- solving skills.

Periodic review of strategies, policies and procedures relating to the company overall operations and regulatory requirements. Ensure the legality of the company's operations (license, tax policy, certificates, export requirement, trademark registration etc.)

Client Relationship Management:

Building strong internal and external relationships with customers, vendor, distributors, franchisees, landlords, potential partners, investors displaying excellent abilities to initiate strategic dialogue and listen, advise, influence, negotiate and make presentations at all levels and to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy Development:

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Developing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services in local & international market.

Researching, developing and execute business opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's business goals at result oriented basis.

Pitching & Presenting:

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.

Responsible for advocating the company's corporate culture and business philosophy, and shaping the corporate image.

Market Research & Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new areas for growth.

Partnership Building:

Forge strategic alliances and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.

Developing training programs for new franchisees, employees, and managers.

Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, R&D, production, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment on goals.

Managing ongoing operations of a franchise location by overseeing staff members, making operational decisions, and maintaining relationships with customers.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Must be able to speak and read Mandarin. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with China dealers.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Good communication skills and strong problem-solving skills.

Work independently with minimum supervision.
