Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify strategic segments of business growth and devise strategies to acquire profitable revenue that meet company objectives.
2. Identify potential customers to increase sales and generate a sales pipeline.
3. Develop a network of contacts to attract new customers, research market opportunities, and oversee growth projects.
4. Participate in industry events, present company services, facilitate meetings, and inform potential customers about strategic proposals.
5. Organize and prepare meetings and conference calls with decision-makers, introducing the company's activities to positively influence potential customers.
6. Follow the RFQ process carefully, act as a point of contact during the process, and coordinate follow-ups and questions with relevant departments.
7. Participate in solution proposal meetings, customize offers, and provide feedback on RFIs and RFQs to establish business relationships.
8. Collect feedback on projects and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing customers.
9. Coordinate delivery functions, monitor customer satisfaction, and ensure timely service delivery.
10. Prepare business cases for new opportunities and review them with the Business Development Director to ensure alignment with company goals.
11. Ensure compliance with departmental and company procedures.
12. Maintain good housekeeping, teamwork, and coordination across departments to comply with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety systems.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably technical).
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
