Swiss Re is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Expert to support APAX across markets, working with regional commercial teams to turn client needs into commercial opportunities.

You will gain broad exposure across the business development lifecycle, from market research to proposals, demos and proof-of-concept activities, with ongoing opportunity management and regional go-to-market efforts.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in business development, sales enablement, or commercial support.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing materials.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities producing commercially relevant insights.
• Experience in cross-regional environments.
• PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of business development and go-to-market activities for L&H Solutions across APAX.
• Maintain up-to-date opportunity pipelines, forecasts and management reporting.
• Coordinate the development of client proposals, RFPs/RFIs and sales presentations.
• Support client engagement, including meeting preparation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities with Solutions and tech teams.
• Provide regional and multi-market business development support.
• Conduct client, market and competitor research to generate commercial insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Solutions Product Development on go-to-market initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Technology, Implementation, Legal, Finance, Marketing.
