Role Description

The Business Development Lead will be located in Seremban 2. The role involves new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on-site. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to join our team and help expand our client base and market presence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting, engineering services, or oil & gas industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English (written and spoken); Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically and regionally when required.
