Job summary

Avensys Consulting in Malaysia invites an Intern – Business Development to support business development activities, client engagement, market research, and recruitment coordination.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to the staffing industry and an opportunity to develop communication, sales, and client management skills, while working with a collaborative team.

Duration is 3 to 6 months with a monthly allowance and potential for future full-time employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales, recruitment, and business development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
• Support Mainland China clients
• Internship duration: Minimum 3 to 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities
