Overview

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will support the Business Development Manager for our B2B sales activities, engage with travel agencies and partners, and contribute to revenue growth. If you have a passion for travel, sales, and business development, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential travel agencies.
• Maintain and update the system with new and existing client information.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies; address client inquiries and provide assistance regarding our travel platform and services.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
• Product Knowledge & Promotion: Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends and Within Earth’s offerings; educate clients about our travel booking system, hotel inventory, and special deals.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Gather feedback from clients to enhance products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year working experience in a travel agency sales background (OTA background is a plus).
• Ability to develop current distributors network by creating and qualifying leads from potential clients.
• Positive and enthusiastic team player with a high level of service consciousness.
• Fresh graduates in relevant Tourism/Hospitality studies are encouraged to apply.
