About the role

We are looking for FEW dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at QLUX GROUP SDN. BHD. in Sarawak & Seremban. This full-time role will focus on driving new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the SMART IOT market for Solar & LED Streetlight.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SMART IOT Road Lighting industry

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our SMART IOT solutions

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Collaborate with the wider team to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials

Provide feedback and insights to support the continuous improvement of our SMART IOT offerings

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the SMART IOT or a related technology industry

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Familiarity with the latest SMART IOT trends, technologies and industry best practices

Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Technology
