Business Development Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work with internal functions to prepare company bids, RFQs, RFPs, and commercial proposals.
  2. Support reviews and negotiations of long-term agreements (LTAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
  3. Review customer purchase orders and contracts.
  4. Provide updates to senior management on sales pipelines, forecasts, and business risks.
  5. Assist the supervisor with business development initiatives and activities.
  6. Possess two to five years of relevant experience in business development/sales, key account management, or project coordination within the aerospace manufacturing industry or related fields.
  7. Have proven exposure to Tier 1, Tier 2, or OEM customers, including technical-commercial discussions and negotiations.
  8. Understand aerospace standards such as AS9100 and Nadcap.
  9. Have knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes like sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, welding, surface treatment, heat treatment, and assembly.
  10. Possess good communication and analytical skills.
