Sales Merchandiser

  1. To liaise with dealers and visit the outlets within an assigned area.
  2. Explore new business opportunities & develop the account.
  3. Assist in stock management and stock arrangement in dealer's outlets.
  4. Forecast the business, monitor sales in the market to ensure targets and objectives are met.
  5. Maintain good follow-up skills in both sales service and payment term collection as per company terms.
  6. Collect customer feedback and submit it to the manager for next actions.
  7. Provide reports to superiors / sales managers.
  8. Coordinate all customer service-related tasks.
  9. Perform daily tasks as instructed by superiors.
  10. Attend group meetings.

Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

Establish new markets and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Maintain positive network relationships with customers.

Maintain good communication with distributors and transportation companies.

Implement department SOPs, rules & regulations, and related operational matters.

Work with subordinates to identify root causes of issues and find solutions.

Analyze competitor data and promote company products via promotional activities promptly.

Monitor each customer's sales target and payment status.

Plan new products and customer gift-giving for the New Year.

Prepare daily activity plans for the HOD.

Participate in management and departmental meetings.

Actively participate in company events and training courses.

Organize work for sales merchandisers.

Qualifications:

  • SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years in sales, merchandising, or related roles.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.

Other:

  • Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
