A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive to maintain and promote customer relationships, develop sales strategies, and ensure service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, and a relevant educational background. Join a dynamic team where your input can significantly impact the company's revenue growth.
1. Maintain and grow revenue base on portfolio of assigned customers by cross-selling/up-selling.
2. Generate new sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Prompt response to customers’ day to day requests.
4. Develop and maintain a well-coordinated relationship with key business executives and stakeholders.
5. Keep up to date on competitors’ products, services and pricing.
6. Ensure completion of sales process.
7. Prepare sales reports.
8. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service of delivery.
9. Conduct reviews on accounts on a regular basis to track forecast and opportunities.
10. Any others assigned duties.
Job requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in doing B2B sales or business development.
2. Sales oriented and self-motivated.
3. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
5. Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and sales software programs.
7. Experience in advertising/creative/social agency in the account servicing/ planning/ social activation department is advantageous are encouraged to apply.
8. Posses minimum Diploma or Degree (preferably ICT background)
9. Willing to travel, possess own transport and a valid driving license.
