Your new company
You'll be working for a market-leader within the Insurtech industry who is looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in Klang Valley. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.

Your new role
You will be reporting to the Head of Business Development. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plan to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
  • The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business management or any related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Business Development or Marketing
  • Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed oriented, excellent interpersonal skills with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Language(s): English & Mandarin.
