Working location: Bukit Merah (Redhill MRT) • Working Days: 5 Days • Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm • Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 + Bonus

Requirements
  • Min Diploma in any engineering background
  • Prefer profiles with experience in data center or semiconductor
  • Must be comfortable to perform telemarketing and cold calling to potential leads & customers. ( mainly Indoor Sales Role )
Responsibilities
  • Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and in person.
  • Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
  • Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
  • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them updated about company products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate client feedback to the product development team.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecast future sales trends, and quarterly review and budget.
  • Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal coordinators to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer service.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Identifying opportunities for the company, managing relationships with potential partners and creating business strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Understand company's product positioning and keep tabs on competitors.
